Lucid Dreaming Techniques
Dr. Norman M. Miller
Dr. Miller is a skilled hypnovisualist. The technique comes out of the experience of over thirty years in developing and nurturing University students to have self esteem, a vision, and self assuredness that they will attain that vision. "The mind is a visual instrument. To access a thought and comprehend it the mind works best when it can see an image of it. Thus the project focuses on improving the visual acuity of the mind."

What is it:
Hypnovisualization is a technique used to harness the conceptual power of the mind. It uses guided narration to inspire visual images which can be seen in great detail. In other words the listener is asked to create images in his mind and use these to modify a large number of negative thoughts and behaviors.
