How to Lucid Dream


There are numerous ways to enable lucid dreaming, however the primary step involves remembering and recording in a journal what takes place in your dreams.


Lucid dreaming techniques essentially coach your mind to:

- Augment dream intensity and memory

- Learning how to know when your dreaming

- Becoming self-aware during daily life                    through meditation

- Enhance your visualization skills to dream consciously

- Programming your dreams with reality checks

Hypnovisualization is a technique used to harness the conceptual power of the mind. It uses guided narration to inspire visual images which can be seen in great detail. In other words the listener is asked to create images in his mind and use these to modify a large number of negative thoughts and behaviors.

Use our DreamWorld iPhone Application to make an audio recording of your dream and save it in a journal.

Spend time doing research about lucid dreaming to become more familiar with the techniques.

Do many reality checks during the day. Try pushing your hand through a wall and ask "Am I dreaming?"

Say to yourself "I will lucid dream tonight" while thinking about what you want to dream about.

Repeat the previous step every time you wake up during your sleep
Visualize what you want to do in your lucid dream. Spend a couple of minutes with your eyes closed doing this before sleeping.

The Wake Induced Lucid Dreams (The WILD Technique)

The WILD technique is very powerful because it allows you to have very vivid dreams whenever you want. Furthermore you can also have an out-of-body experience while using this technique.  

There are four stages required to induce a lucide dream:
