"...brings the mind to a relaxed state..."
"Turn your Dreams into Reality"
iPad / iPhone / iPod touch app
This audio track is designed to simplify the procedures by guiding the listener in a relaxed and calming manner. Achieving results takes considerable practice. By listening to this track on a daily basis before sleep, you will hone your abilities to control your dreams, and eventually be able to influence your life automatically, by simply living your desired experiences in your dreams.
It is essential to believe in the outcome of this exercise in order to achieve results. There is considerable literature on dream control techniques, but most require extensive training and practice. At first simply listening to this track is enough to achieve some level of control. However, over time a belief system will develop from positive experiences, which will further speed up results. Eventually this will become automatic.
Recently, popular films have addressed the subject of dream control and have created great interest in the subject. It is my hope that this audio exercise will contribute greatly to your life by teaching you to harness the enormous capabilities of your mind.
Dr. Norman M. Miller
Dr. Miller is a skilled hypnovisualist. The technique comes out of the experience of over thirty years in developing and nurturing University students to have self esteem, a vision, and self assuredness that they will attain that vision. "The mind is a visual instrument. To access a thought and comprehend it the mind works best when it can see an image of it. Thus the project focuses on improving the visual acuity of the mind."

What is it:
Hypnovisualization is a technique used to harness the conceptual power of the mind. It uses guided narration to inspire visual images which can be seen in great detail. In other words the listener is asked to create images in his mind and use these to modify a large number of negative thoughts and behaviors.
